How do I unlock new heroes in Kingshot?

Participate in special events and challenges. They often reward players with new heroes or the keys needed to unlock them.

Don't forget about the monthly login bonuses. Sometimes they offer hero shards, which can be used to unlock new heroes.

You can also find hero fragments in the arena. Collect enough fragments to unlock a hero completely.
